Principal, Mechanical Project Engineer
Bryce came to M&E with real world experience from working with a commercial HVAC and Plumbing contractor. This experience has proven valuable when designing with an understanding of the challenges of installing the designed systems.
He started out as an intern with M&E Consulting in 2012 and accepted and excelled at many challenges he was given. As a design intern he was a key player in learning and implementing Revit modeling software. Once a full time designer took on the extra responsibilities to develop automated families and processes to improve company efficiency and increase capacity. But the efficiency gains weren’t necessarily what drove Bryce to continually innovate, it was the peace that it brought to his team members and knowing it was a little bit easier to meet project deadlines. Which also brought peace to clients.
As Mechanical Department Head, Bryce still strives to find new and efficient processes as well as mentoring the younger team members on their professional journeys.
